Welcome to T & J Creations. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Handmade & Custom Items

Many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or personalized.
Because of this, natural variations in wood grain, color, engraving depth, and finish are normal and part of the unique beauty of handcrafted items.

These variations are not considered defects.

2. Custom Orders & Design Approval

Custom or personalized items require customer approval before final production.

We will provide:

  • A proof

  • Sketch

  • Photo
    or

  • Digital mockup

Production will not begin until approval is confirmed.
Once approved, the order is final and cannot be changed, refunded, or canceled.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once design approval is given.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade and personalized items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Custom items

  • Personalized items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Products altered upon customer request

Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • Your order arrives incorrect due to our error

Proof of damage is required within 3 days of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to carriers

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

6. Pricing & Changes

Prices and processing times may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, videos, branding, descriptions, and artwork are the exclusive property of T & J Creations.

You may not reproduce, resell, copy, or use any of our content without written permission.

8. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse our site or its content

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or alter website functionality

  • Use our products for unlawful or harmful purposes

9. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, photos, and details.
However, handmade items may vary slightly in appearance, and colors may appear differently depending on screen settings.
