At a Glance: Production & Delivery Timelines

Because all of our laser-cut wooden travel maps, milestone trackers, and custom pieces are individually handcrafted and made-to-order in our Indiana studio, total fulfillment consists of two distinct phases:

Total Estimated Delivery: 5 to 10 Business Days from order placement.

1. Production & Handcrafting Lead Times

Every order at T & J Creations LLC is crafted with precision and care. Unlike mass-manufactured items, our wooden décor requires custom laser cutting, detailed engraving, hand-finishing, and quality inspection.

Standard Wooden Items & Maps: 3 – 5 Business Days
Custom & Personalized Orders (Custom Nameplates, Specific Inlays): 4 – 6 Business Days
Peak Season / Holiday Orders (Nov–Dec): 5 – 8 Business Days

Note: Production lead times begin the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Carrier Options (Customer-Paid)

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping costs are paid by the customer at checkout and are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination.

All shipping charges are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched from our studio.

3. Order Tracking & Status Updates

Once your order completes production and is carefully packaged, a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier tracking number will be sent automatically. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.

4. Order Modifications & Address Corrections

To ensure quick delivery, our studio begins prep work on custom laser items shortly after orders are received. If you need to modify your shipping address or correct a personalization spelling, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Address corrections requested after an item has entered production or shipped cannot be guaranteed. Redelivery fees resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

We take extreme care in packaging our handcrafted wooden pieces to prevent damage in transit. However, if your order encounters carrier issues:

Transit Damage Guarantee: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is broken or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at (317) 519-2425 or via email with clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging. We will craft and ship a replacement at no additional product cost to you.
Stolen / Missing Packages: If your tracking details state "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check around your residence, speak with household members or neighbors, and contact your local carrier office. If unresolved after 48 hours, reach out to our team for assistance.
