Processing Time
Most items at T & J Creations are handmade and made-to-order in our studio.
Processing time varies depending on the product:

Handmade wood items (travel maps, countdowns, scripture displays, ornaments): X–X business days

Custom orders: X–X business days (depending on complexity and customer approval)

Ready-made items (such as keychains or tumblers): X–X business days
Custom orders require customer approval before final assembly. Processing time begins once approval is confirmed.
Shipping
We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item and destination.
A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
Shipping speeds depend on your location and carrier delays, especially during holiday seasons.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed in transit (not marked “Delivered”), we will help file an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

The packaging
-
The shipping box
We will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
