REFUND POLICY

Handcrafted & Custom Items
All items from T & J Creations are handmade and created specifically for each customer. Because custom and personalized items cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on ANY custom orders once production has begun.

This includes:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom sizes
  • Custom paint or stain colors
  • Design changes
  • Special order items

We highly encourage customers to review all details carefully before ordering.


Approval Required for Custom Orders

For custom pieces, we provide a proof, sketch, or photo for approval before finalizing the design.
Production does NOT continue until approval is confirmed.

This is to ensure:
You love the design
No surprises
No miscommunication
No unhappy customers

Once approved, your order is final.


Damage or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

The item

The packaging

The shipping box

We will replace or repair the item at no cost.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit (still “in transit”), we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” we cannot issue replacements, as we have fulfilled the order to the shipping address provided.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, production has begun.
